 I created b.e.a.m because what I do isn't just about massage, its about Balance, Energy and Alignment.   Creating a mind and body connection.

Pain is a multifaceted phenomenon that often begins as a mild discomfort or injury. It can then evolve, diminish, resurface, and at times, become debilitating. Pain impairs our mobility, interferes with our mental faculties, profoundly affects our lives, and disrupts our essential sleep. Consequently, it leaves us feeling frustrated, emotionally vulnerable, and drained. The sympathetic nervous system (SNS) plays a significant role in pain perception, particularly in chronic pain, which is triggered by the activation of the stress response and an increase in hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol. Acupuncture and massage can effectively regulate the SNS and alleviate pain by promoting relaxation and the release of endorphins, the body’s natural painkillers. 

My reactive and intuitive approach focuses on identifying the underlying cause of your pain. Drawing from my extensive knowledge, I develop personalised treatment plans that extend beyond superficial relief. I integrate a diverse range of massage techniques, targeted muscular acupuncture, and dry needling to soothe your nervous system and restore balance to your body. This holistic approach enables me to address the root causes of pain, alleviate muscular restrictions, tensions, and reduce inflammation, ultimately enabling your body to function and heal naturally.
